Amidee Capital Group LLC took a short-term sublease with a "plug 'n play" set-up for 11200 Richmond Ave., Rich Pancioli of Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co.'s Houston office, tells GlobeSt.com. He and Brandi McDonald represented the new company, which focused the site search on Westchase and Greenspoint due to their central positioning in the metroplex and proximity to newly hired employees. The short list was down to three when the nod went to the Inovis space to deliver a start to finish in 45 days.
Julie King with the Houston office of Cresa Partners represented Inovis. King, who specializes in "plug and play" sublease listings, says the space belonged to Peregrine Systems Inc. of San Diego and then rolled to the Atlanta-based Inovis via an acquisition that drove a decision to shutter location.
Amidee signed for the balance of Inovis' term and took all its space in the 156,000-sf, class B building. The sublease space was on the market for $12 per sf.
