Ashbrook Commons will share a 41-acre parcel at Ashburn Village Blvd. and Rte. 7 across from the Howard Hughes Medical Institute with sister development the Lakes at Ashbrook, a 107,000-sf office condominium project that Atlantic Realty will also break ground on over the next month.

"Harris Teeter's presence will complement the community retail center's diverse mix of retail tenants and help create a premiere shopping location for residents in eastern Loudoun County," Atlantic Realty partner David A. Ross says. Among the long list of other tenants already committed to space at the shopping center are specialty stores A.C. Moore and HomeGoods, which account for a total of about 50,000 sf, Bank of America, Hollywood Video, Quizno's, and Starbucks. Both Ashbrook Commons and the Lakes at Ashbrook, both scheduled to reach completion next spring, are part of a larger 275-acre mixed-use development that Atlantic Realty is spearheading on behalf of Loudoun Intertech Development Corp.
