"They've done a lot of leasing there in the past two months. They were pretty vacant for a while," Nate Bubeck, an agent with Lee & Associates' Phoenix office, tells GlobeSt.com.Nature's Pack lease, worth about $110,000, will give the company 5,092 sf for manufacturing and distribution. The building's clear height, power and adjacent truck well were all keys to the company's signing. Nature's Pack manufactures biodegradable packaging material out of whole-grain wheat for niche clients regionally, but hopes to increase its distribution scope to a national level. The company is relocating from a smaller location in Tempe.

Wholesale LLC, a startup distributor of medical products, signed a lease valued at $115,000 for 5,123 sf. The firm said the 1,200 sf of office space that was included in the suite as key to signing.

Grove Commons recently quoted a 50-cent triple net rental rate for the three-building Grove Commons Industrial Park. The park was built in the late 1990s and is home to a variety of warehouse, distribution and manufacturing tenants.
