10,000 SF Tapped at Grove Commons

TEMPE, AZ-Nature's Pack and a startup medical distributor, Wholesale LLC, are neighbors in a three-building industrial complex with a quoted rent of 50-cents triple net. Each tenant committed with a three-year lease.

TEMPE-A biodegradable package manufacturer and medical distributor are new neighbors in Grove Commons Industrial Park with a double signing that closes off more than 10,000 sf. Each company inked a three-year lease with Grove Commons LLC for suites inside a 31,000-sf building along Todd Drive.

“They’ve done a lot of leasing there in the past two months. They were pretty vacant for a while,” Nate Bubeck, an agent with Lee & Associates’ Phoenix office, tells GlobeSt.com.Nature’s Pack lease, worth about $110,000, will give the company 5,092 sf for manufacturing and distribution. The building’s clear height, power and adjacent truck well were all keys to the company’s signing. Nature’s Pack manufactures biodegradable packaging material out of whole-grain wheat for niche clients regionally, but hopes to increase its distribution scope to a national level. The company is relocating from a smaller location in Tempe.
