HOUSTON-A local engineering company is opening the door to a 4,719-sf office with a five-year lease in a newly renovated building in the Westchase submarket. The move-in is set for May 1.

Collarini Engineering Inc. will relocate from 2500 Tanglewilde St., four miles to the west, to the 93,453-sf Colonnade building at 11111 Richmond Ave., which has been retooled in the past 18 months and is now being re-tenanted. The leasing drive has occupancy resting at 40%, says Ace Schlameus with the Houston office of the Grubb & Ellis Co., tells GlobeSt.com.
