Construction of the eight-story Portrait Building is expected to wrap up early next year. Situated at 701 8th St. on a coveted corner parcel near the MCI Center in the city's East End area, the class A office facility will include ground-level retail space upon its completion. Thelen Reid will make its home on the top three floors, as well as on part of the fifth floor.
