Law Firm Responds to Hot Local Market by Reinforcing Real Estate Practice

WASHINGTON, DC-International law firm Seyfarth Shaw LLP bolsters its presence in local real estate by tapping industry veteran Robert L. Bodansky to serve as a partner in the firm's Real Estate and Corporate Practice Groups segment.

WASHINGTON, DC-With much of the commercial real estate market in the District continuing to lead the nation, international law firm Seyfarth Shaw LLP has decided to augment its Real Estate and Corporate Practice Groups division by bringing in industry heavy-hitter Robert L. Bodansky as a partner in the firm’s DC office. Seyfarth Shaw’s real estate practice offers legal services in transactions involving everything from property development and investment to leasing and land use issues. Bodansky is expected to have his hands full with an increasing amount of local business.

Bodansky comes to his new position from Nixon Peabody LLP and brings with him a quarter-century of experience in real estate issues, having provided legal guidance and representation to lenders, businesses and government entities over the span of his career.
