At the 99,505-sf 2400 Maitland Center, Anchor Benefit Consulting Inc. signed a three-year lease for 4,412 sf at the 98%-leased, 22-year-old office park. At 500 Winderley Place, a 98,905-sf, 100%-leased building also in the Maitland Center submarket, United Auto Credit Corp. is taking 1,922 sf and Ohio Farmers Insurance Co. is leasing 2,224 sf on one-year leases.

Mental Health Network is occupying 9,078 sf for five years at the 93%-leased, 18-year-old, 79,044-sf, 93%-leased Interlachen Corporate Center at 1211 Semoran Blvd. At Park Center, a 20-year-old, 102,169-sf, 71% leased property at 2500 Maitland Center Parkway, United Capital Inc. is taking 2,530 sf for 39 months.

On the Interlachen Corporate Center transaction, Bennett Davis of Corporate Realty Advisors negotiated for Mental Health Network. And on the Park Center deal, Todd Davis of NAI Realvest Partners represented United Capital. Warner and Aldridge represented CMD in all of the transactions.
