While ramping up the soon-to-start construction, NewQuest has tenants already lining up for the new building, says the firm's Heather Nguyen, who's holding a letter of intent for the last 1,200-sf spot of existing space. The newly signed tenants are Hintze Dance Center, Classic Hair Inc, Children's Boutique and Paper Daisy LLC, each coming to a five-year term.
Hintze Dance Center and Classic Hair will open doors Aug. 1. The studio took 2,810 sf and the salon, 1,750 sf. The Children's Boutique will open a 1,400-sf store in September in a deal bundled by Nguyen and Bill Rowell with Yancey-Hausman in Houston. Paper Daisy LLC, eyeing a May opening of a 1,200-sf store, was represented in the negotiations by Will Major of Endeavor Real Estate Group, also in Houston.
Cy-Fair Town Center is located at the intersection of US Highway 290 and Spring-Cypress Road. Asking rates range from $20 per sf and $24 per sf.
