TEMPE, AZ-National wine distributor Baroness Wines has executed a three-year lease for a 6,600-sf building in Tempe. The three-year lease, worth $159,000, will help the company expand its operations and locate in an air-conditioned space for storing and distributing its import and domestic wines.

“They leased it within a week,” Stein Koss, a principal at Lee & Associates Arizona in Phoenix, tells GlobeSt.com. Located at 1419 W. 12th Place, the building was constructed in 1975 as a single-story, block-construction industrial warehouse. The building’s air-conditioning system, dock-high doors and 15-foot clearance were all motivators for Baroness to sign the pact, according to Koss.
