McDonald Distributors Building Sells for $2M

BOCA RATON, FL-The McDonald Distributors industrial building in the city has been sold to RAM Management LLC of Boca Raton for $2.1 million. The price equals approximately $62.43 per sf for the 33,637-sf building.The seller of the property, located at 1040 S. Rogers Circle, was the locally based Sapp Family Partnership. Built in 1980, the property is on two acres with easy access to Interstate 95 in the South Congress Industrial Center. RAM Management bought the property to house several of its companies, including Davis Bros.
