Two Companies Strike Lease Deals at Commerce Center

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Two companies have signed leases totaling 12,429 sf recently at Fort Lauderdale Commerce Center.Teragenix Corp., a laboratory, expanded its space by 2,209 sf in Building 5440, Suite 102, and renewed its existing lease in suites 107 and 108 for a total of 7,689 sf of office-laboratory space at 5440 N.W. 33rd Ave. Teragenix’s 30-month lease term is valued at $41,213. Kathleen Alberts of Brenner Real Estate Group was the exclusive agent in the transaction, representing the property owner, Commerce Center Development Corp.In the second deal, Igel Technology GMBH expanded its space by 2,520 sf and renewed its lease for a total of 4,740 sf of office-flex space at 5450 N.W. 33rd Ave., suites 100 and 101. The three-year is valued $61,137. Alberts, the only broker involved in the transaction, represented Commerce Center Development Corp.
