"The landlord was great to work with," Tom Jacobs, a broker with Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial Phoenix office, tells GlobeSt.com. "They were very responsive and got everything done very quickly."
Located at 2700 N. 3rd St. in the uptown submarket, Central Park Forest was built in the early 1980s as two, four-story, garden-style office buildings. Rent is hovering at $17.50 per sf. Mentor will relocate from a 10,000-sf office, about a half-mile away along 3rd Street.
Location in uptown's prime commercial corridor was key in making the deal happen. Mentor Health, a subsidiary of National Mentor Inc. of Boston, plans to expand into several new Phoenix offices, Jacobs adds.
