Likarr occupied a smaller space in the industrial park prior to the sale. The purchase allows the company to expand while not disrupting daily operations. Likarr plans to divide the single-story space into two work areas.

Ed Jarosz, Hunter Emerson and Robert Gibson of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller in the transaction while Mark Kearins of Atlantic Commercial RE Co. represented the buyer.

The single-story warehouse building is located in the Fox Hill Industrial Park near Routes 95 and 495 as well as Route 1.Emerson notes that the sale "reflects the recent flight to purchasing by industrial users in the wake of the lower interest rate environment. It is a very functional warehouse building that offers Likarr a lot of flexibility going forward," he adds.
