Mascia To Lead Duke's Local Operations

MINNEAPOLIS-Patrick E. Mascia has 13 years of commercial real estate experience, including his most recent job as vice president of dispositions, finance and investments at Opus Properties. He will be Duke's senior vice president of its Minneapolis operations.

MINNEAPOLIS-Patrick E. Mascia has been hired by Duke Realty Corp. to be senior vice president of its Minneapolis operations. Mascia will oversee the marketing, leasing and property management of Indianapolis-based Duke’s seven-million-sf Twin Cities office and industrial portfolio and will also pursue build-to-suit opportunities.

Previously, Mascia was vice president of dispositions, finance and investments at Opus Properties. He joined Opus, which is based in Minnetonka, MN, in 1997 as associate general counsel. Before that, he was a real estate and financial lawyer with Briggs and Morgan in St. Paul. He received his bachelors degree in history and philosophy as well as his juris doctor, magna cum laude, from Creighton University.

Mascia will oversee Duke’s industrial leasing team of Phil Kluesner, vice president, and senior leasing representatives Jim Schlundt and Mark Youngquist, and the office leasing team of Darryle Henry, senior vice president and Norma Yaeger, senior leasing representative.
