Currently, about 50,000 sf of space is up for grabs at Cloverleaf, with about half that space having formerly been occupied by Sears. "We are pursuing both office and retail users, and this flexibility makes Cloverleaf Business Park extremely unique in Anne Arundel County," says NAI KLNB's David Fritz. "The large block of space available in the former Sears building is also a differentiating factor that should accelerate our leasing efforts."
