New Leasing Team at Cloverleaf

MILLERSVILLE, MD-The responsibility for leasing activity at Cloverleaf Business Park has now fallen to NAI KLNB. The real estate services firm has taken over the task from Ryan Commercial on behalf of property owner and developer Continental Realty Corp. A 150,000-sf office/flex/retail property consisting of four low-rise buildings, Cloverleaf sits on 17 acres of land at Veterans Highway and I-97 in Anne Arundel County. Continental built the park’s first structure in 1989, and wrapped up construction of the last facility in 1998. NAI KLNB is marketing space in various structures for about $8.50 to $13.75 per sf.

Currently, about 50,000 sf of space is up for grabs at Cloverleaf, with about half that space having formerly been occupied by Sears. “We are pursuing both office and retail users, and this flexibility makes Cloverleaf Business Park extremely unique in Anne Arundel County,” says NAI KLNB’s David Fritz. “The large block of space available in the former Sears building is also a differentiating factor that should accelerate our leasing efforts.”
