"The park has come a long way in the last few years, and has established itself as the premier business park in the northwest," Jennifer Bishop, a senior associate at CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s Phoenix office, tells GlobeSt.com. "With all the new development, there's a lot of growth headed out to Glendale."
Located at 5651 W. Talavi Blvd., the Talavi Corporate Center was completed in 2002 in the burgeoning Bell Road corridor. The building, located adjacent to a 416-acre center mixed-use development, is home to tenants such as Honeywell, Marriott and Comdisco. Bechtel Engineering also occupies the second and third floors. California Casualty plans to move its headquarters to the building in September.
The CBRE Phoenix team of Bishop, Mark Seale and Chris Krewson represented the property owner, Mainstreet Capital Partners. Craig Coppola of Lee & Associates Arizona's Phoenix office negotiated for the tenant.
