The 901 Wilshire Plaza building is a 185,000-sf class-A office building centrally located in the upscale Big Beaver corridor of Troy. The 901 Tower Dr. location is 126,000-sf and is currently undergoing a $500,000 renovation program designed to upgrade the lobby, elevators, common areas and bathrooms.
