The 100,000-sf building is located at Norris Circle and Energy Park Drive.

Experior Assessments, a national testing company, has 275 employees in 60,000 sf of space in the new building. The Port and Ryan have strong prospects for the remainder of the space.

"This is another exciting addition of jobs and business by leveraging partnerships between government and the private sector," says Saint Paul Mayor Randy Kelly. He also cited the Port Authority's "innovative solution to economic development."

The project is unique in Minnesota and perhaps nationally because it is a full business partnership between a private firm and a government organization.
