NAIOP Names Energy Park Top Local Project

ST. PAUL-Energy Park Corporate Center, a joint development of the Saint Paul Port Authority and Ryan Companies US Inc., is honored as an exceptional new project by the national development association.

ST. PAUL-Energy Park Corporate Center, a joint development of the Saint Paul Port Authority and Ryan Companies US Inc., recently was honored as an exceptional new project by a national development association. The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, Minnesota Chapter, recognized the center in the Port-developed Energy Park Business Center as the best example in 2003 of a new, single-story office/warehouse building.

The 100,000-sf building is located at Norris Circle and Energy Park Drive.

Experior Assessments, a national testing company, has 275 employees in 60,000 sf of space in the new building. The Port and Ryan have strong prospects for the remainder of the space.
