Joe Fallon, principal and Sue Donovan, vice president represented Select Energy in the transaction, while Garry Holmes, president of RW Holmes represented property owner, LMF Cochituate Place LLC.
The five-story, 107,349 sf Class A office building is located near the Massachusetts Turnpike as well as Routes 128, 95 and Route 9. Among its features is an exercise club. Lease rates for this deal were not available, but the average asking rent for office space in the area is about $20 per sf according to Trammell Crow Co.'s most recent statistics. The statistics indicate that the city's overall availability rate is down to 19%, from 22% in January.
