The Bay Colony Town Center, rising at the junction of Interstate 45 South and FM 646, will be anchored by a 100,000-sf H-E-B grocery store. The 40-acre Bay Colony Town Center will turn space to retailers by late summer for fall openings. The center's quoted rent ranges from $22 per sf to $28 per sf.

Bank of America and Wells Fargo signed 20-year ground leases for pad site construction of 4,200-sf facilities, Heather Nguyen with Houston's NewQuest Properties tells GlobeSt.com. Mainland Medical reserved 10,000 sf with a five-year lease while 1,500-sf spaces were tapped by TGF Haircutters, Planet Beach of League City and Subway Real Estate Corp. The trio committed to going-in pacts with three-year terms. Ryan West of Wulfe & Co. in Houston brokered terms for Planet Beach.
