Larkin Joins Primary Capital as Group Co-Manager

ORLANDO-Chris Larkin, a nine-year professional in real estate finance, is the new co-manager of the Income Property Group in the local office of Atlanta-based Primary Capital Advisors.Larkin joins Todd Cohen who has managed the local office of Atlanta-based Primary Capital for five years. Faron Thompson, managing director of Primary Capital’s Income Property Capital Group in Atlanta, says Larkin will primarily be focused on originating multifamily lending in Florida through Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and other lending sources. Larkin has previously worked with Primary Capital as a correspondent lender for Freddie Mac.”We are hearing from more lenders, with more aggressive programs, than we ever have before,” Larkin tells GlobeSt.com. “Life companies, conduits, banks pension funds and other private sources are very hungry to find new business early in 2004.”Larkin is a former senior vice president and co-founder of the Orlando office of Tampa, FL-based RJ Twitty & Co. He joined Primary Capital after a five-year stint with RJ Twitty. Larkin is also a former commercial mortgage banker with the Orlando office of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler.
