BOCA RATON, FL-Two tenants have signed long-term leases totaling more than 26,000 sf at Congress Corporate Plaza II here. The values of the deals were not disclosed, but based on the direct weighted class A rental rate for the submarket, according to recent market reports, the deals are estimated to be valued at approximately $4.6 million combined.Daleen Technologies Inc., a medical information systems company that has been a tenant in the building for about 15 years, renewed its lease for 17,853 sf of space. Robert Listokin and Kevin Gallagher of Colliers International represented Daleen Technologies in the transaction.Also, Green Advertising expanded into 8,534 sf of newly available space. Green Advertising, a subsidiary of publicly traded WPP, specializes in residential real estate advertising. Chris Constant of Cushman & Wakefield represented Green Advertising, which plans to move into its new space in June.Trammell Crow Co. senior associate Adam C. Starr represented the property owner, Regent Holding LLC, in both deals.Congress Corporate Plaza, located at Congress Avenue and Clint Moore Road, consists of four buildings with a total of about 185,000 sf. Congress Corporate Plaza I and II are 93% occupied.
