AB&S LLC of Orange City paid Lloyd Oakwood Family Trust Partners of Barberville, FL $310,000, or $100,000 per acre ($2.30 per sf), for a 3.1-acre site near Howland Boulevard and Wolf Pack Run in nearby Deltona, FL. Wanamaker and associate Chuck Rudis negotiated for the seller. Coldwell Banker will market the site as Howland Professional Plaza, a planned three-building, 21,800-sf, $2.5-million undertaking. Dr. David K. Yoon, who owns the Jena Medical Clinic of Orange City, has already leased 5,800 sf for a walk-in clinic at the project.

In the second land deal, Wanamaker represented seller John Marshall Trust in the sale of a 7.4-acre site on Strawberry Lane, off South Volusia Avenue in Orange City. Bernie Senez of Senez Real Estate Co. negotiated for the buyer, Easi Investments of DeBary, FL which paid $250,000, or $34,014 per acre (78 cents per sf), for the tract. The buyer plans to develop a combined office and industrial facility on the site.
