Import-Export Firm Buys 45,276-SF Property

TEMPE, AZ-Aziz LLC purchases a two-building warehouse/showroom property in Tempe for about $2.1 million at the convergence of Loops 101 and 202. The deal gives the wholesale furniture and accessories business enviable frontage on Rio Salado Parkway.

TEMPE, AZ-Aziz LLC, an importer and exporter of furniture and accessories, has purchased two buildings in the Eaton Freeway Business Park for about $2.1 million from SimRidge Technologies. The deal, totaling 45,276 sf, gives the wholesaler visible frontage on Rio Salado Parkway as well as easy access to Loops 101 and 202.

“The location on Rio Salado Parkway was key,” Mark Linsalata, a broker with Lee & Associates Arizona of Phoenix, tells GlobeSt.com. “There’s also a retail project that is going to be built directly to the north.”

Located at 1817 E. Rio Salado Parkway, the 20-year-old buildings are part of the Eaton Freeway Business Park and will serve as the company’s wholesale showroom and warehouse for furniture and accessories, according to Linsalata. The firm plans anend-of-April move-in.
