$211,000 Lease Clears for Alameda Center

TEMPE, AZ-Architectural Component Services signs a three-year lease for 10,202 sf, getting Rreef-owned space that just underwent a new build-out for walk-in capability. The new tenant gets a going-in rate of 43 cents per sf.

TEMPE, AZ-Architectural Component Services has signed a three-year lease with Rreef for 10,202 sf in the Alameda Center. The deal, worth $211,000, will enable the assembler and distributor of building materials to nearly double in size.

“Dealing with Rreef was great. They had just put in an all-new build out,” Kris Martin, a senior associate with Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial’s Phoenix office, tells GlobeSt.com. “It made it much easier to walk into a pretty fresh building.”
