New Leasing Team for 400,000 SF of Office Space

NORTHERN VIRGINIA-Jones Lang LaSalle has been tapped to step in and take over the leasing helm at two Northern Virginia office properties. ING Clarion, owner of the 244,000-sf building at 1881 Campus Commons in Reston, handpicked Jones Lang LaSalle for the job. TIAA-CREF, owner of the 142,000-sf structure at 1005 N. Glebe Rd. in Arlington, did the same, while adding management duties to the real estate services firm’s responsibilities.

Jones Lang LaSalle senior leasing director Herb Mansinne tells GlobeSt.com that CB Richard Ellis had been in charge of leasing at the Campus Commons property, while the Donohoe Cos. has been behind the leasing and management duties at the Glebe Rd. building.
