Paradigm Properties, Ashforth to Create RE Investment Firm

BOSTON-Paradigm Properties joins with the Ashforth Co. to create Ashforth Paradigm Capital Advisors, a real estate firm that is creating a $50-million fund which will focus on the acquisition of office and industrial property.

BOSTON-Paradigm Properties LLC, a locally based real estate investment and management firm, is partnering with the Ashforth Co., a Stamford, CT-based real estate firm, to create Ashforth Paradigm Capital Advisors, a real estate investment advisory firm that the companies say will cater to affluent individuals and family offices.

Ashforth Paradigm recently closed on the acquisition of two, net-leased fitness facilities in suburban Boston and is actively marketing APCA Property Fund I, a $50-million co-mingled offering that will focus on acquisition of office and industrial property with an emphasis on markets in which Ashforth or Paradigm has a local office, including: Fairfield County, CT; Westchester County, NY; Boston; Philadelphia; Columbus, OH; and Portland, OR.
