Capital Gallery Complex Welcomes New Tenant

WASHINGTON, DC-The 400,000-sf office facility known as Capital Gallery has opened its doors to another tenant, as Mitretek Systems signs on to occupy 9,000 sf of space. The deal does not represent a relocation for the Falls Church, VA-headquartered business. Sources indicate that the new space was most likely taken on in an effort to co-locate close to a client. The Staubach Co. represented Mitretek in the transaction, while Capital Gallery property owner Boston Properties represented itself.

Located amidst a concentration of major federal buildings in the Southwest section of the District, Capital Gallery consists of two linked structures reaching eight stories and three stories high. In addition to its class A office space, the 23-year-old property also features ground-level retail options, as well as an underground parking garage capable of accommodating as many as 400 vehicles. Mitretek will be in good company at Capital Gallery, joining a slew of fellow tenants including the American Nurses Association, BAE Systems, and the US Department of Agriculture Graduate School.
