Lowell Peabody, senior vice president and Jim Bartholomew, an associate of NAI Hunneman Commercial, represented property owner, BGI Holdings III LLC, in the transaction, while Brian McKenzie of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners represented the EasyAsk.

Solomon Pond Park is a 650,000-sf business park located adjacent to the Solomon Pond Mall at the intersections of Routes 290 and 495. "This was a very creative deal which worked well for all parties. EasyAsk is a fast growing company which had outgrown its previous offices but had a fair amount of time remaining on their previous lease. We were able to structure a deal which allowed EasyAsk to move sooner, double the size of their offices and secure the space they need for the continued growth of their company," says Peabody.

Lease rates for this were not available, but the average asking rent for office space in the area is about $17 per sf.
