A general session on capital markets will be followed by a variety of concurrent sessions on topics such as non-traditional property types, life after FIN 46 and supply and demand in the 1031 Exchange marketplace. A special luncheon presentation, moderated by Timothy Snodgrass, president and COO, Argus Realty Investors LP, will take on the forecast for tenant-in-common transactions.
