HQ Global Signs Estimated $6M Lease

MAITLAND, FL-Striving to meet demand, Dallas-based HQ Global Workplaces has doubled its operating space and moved into 29,745 sf on the third floor at Pembrook Commons Center in the Maitland Center submarket, five miles north of Downtown Orlando.

The 10-year lease with owner Pembrook Commons Ltd. has an estimated aggregate gross value of $6 million, area brokers familiar with the Maitland Center market tell GlobeSt.com. HQ is relocating from 15,000 sf at 1012 Southall Lane, also in Maitland Center. The Pembrook Commons space was previous occupied by Atlanta-based EBC Office Centers which closed locations last year in suburban Lake Mary, FL and Maitland, FL.
