Major Colliers Affiliate Recruiting 400 Employees

ST LOUIS, MO-Colliers Turley Martin Tucker is in growth mode. One of the largest commercial real estate firms in the Central Region of the US, the locally headquartered firm has hired 75 new employees since the start of the year and is actively looking to add another 325 positions by the end of the year.The hiring is for the firm’s Corporate Real Estate Services, Real Estate Management Services and Brokerage operations. CTMT says is filling the positions with a mix of recent college graduates and experienced professionals within and outside the real estate industry.About 200 of the positions will be located at the firm’s headquarters, where it already employees 400. Another 200 will be spread among the firm’s brokerage offices in in Cincinnati, Dayton, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Minneapolis/St. Paul and Nashville, as well as its Chicago Real Estate Management Services office. CTMT is employee-owned, with 90 shareholders and 900 employees, 400 of which are licensed real estate professionals. The firm has more than doubled its business over the past three years, currently handling more than $2.2 billion in annual real estate transactions.
