HOUSTON-Two law firms and an investment group have renewed leases, totaling 16,654 sf, at the Whitney Bank building at 4265 San Felipe St. in the Galleria submarket.

The 207,000-sf building is tucked inside the 610 Loop in the River Oaks neighborhood, near the Galleria shopping center yet removed from the busy streets. Steve Rocher with the Houston office of Grubb & Ellis Co. tells GlobeSt.com that the renewals were penned by longtime tenants in the building. He and Kristen Rabel, also with Grubb & Ellis’ Houston office, represent building owner, BMS Management of Houston.

Law firm Reich & Binstock signed a five-year deal for 8,598 sf. Steve Jenkens with the Vanguard Group represented Reich & Binstock.
