Trust Acquires 60,000-SF Warehouse for $2M

LEOMINSTER, MA-Lock Drive Realty Trust purchases a 60,300-sf industrial warehouse building from Rocker Realty Trust for two million dollars. The single-story facility is located at 1776 Lock Dr. and has the potential for expansion of up to another 40,000 sf.

LEOMINSTER, MA-Lock Drive Realty Trust purchased a 60,300-sf industrial warehouse building at 1776 Lock Dr. for two million dollars. The trust acquired the facility from Rocker Realty Trust. David Stubblebine and James Stubblebine of the Stubblebine Co. represented both Rocker Realty and Lock Drive Realty in the transaction.

The single-story industrial/warehouse property, built in 1973, is situated on four acres and has 16-foot ceilings. The property has the potential for expansion of up to another 40,000 sf. The facility is located at the intersection of Routes 2 and 190. The property is fully occupied by Horizon Wire & Cable, a privately held company which is a division of Horizon Music Inc. Horizon recently renewed its lease on the site for another five years. The company utilizes the property for both manufacturing and distributing of its products.
