Weyandt Joins Trammell Crow as Property Manager

BOCA RATON, FL-Trammell Crow Co. has hired Stephanie Weyandt as a property manager in its local office. In this position, Weyandt will manage more than one million sf of office, industrial and retail space in Broward and Palm Beach counties. The properties include Quorum Business Center in Deerfield Beach, Congress Corporate Plaza I and II in Boca Raton and Riverwalk Plaza in Boynton Beach.Weyandt, who has six years’ experience in the industry, previously was a property manager with Glenborough Realty Trust Inc. in Rockville, MD. There she oversaw close to one million sf of commercial office and flex space in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.She received bachelor’s degrees in political science and Russian-area studies from Pennsylvania State University. She recently received a Real Property Administration designation and is a member of the Property Management Association and the Apartment & Office Building Association.
