Tenants include Tuesday Morning, Enterprise Car Rental and Cookies by Design. Regional tenants include Family Buggy Restaurant and Healthquest Physical Therapy. NAI Farbman will lease the remaining space.

Hochberg says Next Realty plans to make numerous aesthetic upgrades to continue to enhance the plaza's curb appeal as well as its tenant base.
