JBM Realty Advisors Adds 2 Florida Offices

MIAMI-JBM Realty Advisors, based in Naples, FL, has added two Florida offices, one in Miami and one in Tampa. Carlos Berner will head the Miami operation while Eric Ammon helms Tampa.Berne has multifamily brokerage experience with a range of Florida projects under his belt. Before he joined JBM, he worked for the Aztec Group Inc., where he was involved in such specialties as investment sales, joint ventures and structured financing assignments valued at more than $500 million.Ammon’s 23-year real estate career has embraced such disciplines as asset management, investment analysis, acquisitions, dispositions, mortgage lending, tax-deferred exchanges and business development. Before he joined JBM, he was senior vice president of Epoch Management in Winter Park, FL.
