$3M in Leases Signed at Transal Park

MIAMI-Six leases worth nearly $2.7 million combined have been signed recently at Transal Park in Miami, FL. George I. Pino and Richard Schuchts of Codina Realty Services Inc.-Oncor International represented the property owner, Prudential Insurance, in these transactions.The deals include: Syntheon, which renewed its lease for 16,077 sf of space mid-term. Scott Minchew of Scott Minchew Real Estate represented Syntheon in the transaction, valued at about $1.3 million; Walgreen’s, which signed a 5,049-sf lease long term. The deal is valued at about $833,000; Datapro, which inked a lease for 3,100 sf of office/flex space mid-term. The lease is worth about $255,750. Jeanette Aguilar of Beachfront Realty represented Datapro; Eastman Kodak, which signed a 1,920-sf, short-term, office/flex lease worth approximately $95,000. Mike Klotz of CB Richard Ellis represented Eastman Kodak; Sound Solutions Americas, which signed an 1,800-sf lease for office/flex space short term in a deal valued at about $89,000; and finally, Dom-Ex, which leased 1,186 sf of office/flex space short term in a deal worth about $58,707.Transal Park has about 134,000 sf of office/flex space and is now 93% occupied.
