Boutique Condo Prepares to Break Ground

MIAMI-Solaris, a boutique-style condominium project planned for Miami’s Brickell area, has opened a sales center and plans to break ground soon. The project is being developed by H&H Development Co., whose founder and president is Harvey Hernandez. The center marks the project’s official launch of sales.The development will consist of 138 one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, which will range in size from 770 sf to 1,685 sf. The units are priced from the low $200,000s. The project’s architect is Cohen, Freedman, Encinosa and Associates. Approvals have been secured, and construction is scheduled to begin this summer. The project is scheduled to be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2005.Amenities will include a fitness center, a landscaped sun deck with a pool, a spa with a whirlpool and sauna, a lounge, a billiards table and an entertainment center.
