CBRE Lands Agency for Office Asset Building

MIAMI-CB Richard Ellis has been named the exclusive leasing agent for 777 Brickell, a 13-story, class B+ building in the Brickell submarket here. The value advisory team of Randy Olen, senior vice president, and Sim Wilson, first vice president, will be responsible for marketing and leasing the 286,822-sf building. Previously, Taylor & Mathis handled the assignment.Tenants in the building, located in the heart of the Brickell financial district, include SunTrust Bank; Hencorp Becstone; and the law firm Jordan, Burt, Berenson & Johnson. The 92%-occupied building includes such amenities as a fitness facility.CB Richard Ellis has a management and leasing portfolio of about 11 million sf of office, industrial and retail space that the company’s four South Florida offices oversee.
