Farrell will direct United Properties' 80-person corporate real estate services division, which represents more than 25 leading corporations in markets across the country.

He was senior managing director with CB Richard Ellis, where for three years he was corporate services global account development leader and for four years he was facilities management business leader.

Farrell replaces Pobuda, who founded and has directed United Properties corporate real estate services since 1995. Pobuda now oversees United Properties' healthcare real estate group as well as the company's geographic expansion initiative. Farrell is a 25-year commercial real estate industry veteran specializing in corporate services.

Farrell developed and was president of Welsh Company's corporate services division from 1997 to 1998 and was regional leader of CB Koll's Madison advisory and facilities management groups from 1994 to 1997.

From 1976 to 1994, Farrell worked in direct corporate real estate positions as vice president of industrial services for Ogden Services, director of global facilities management for Unisys and senior engineer for San Diego Gas & Electric.
