Closet Dimensions Inks 83,000-SF Industrial Lease

HAYWARD, CA-Closet Dimensions LLC, a manufacturer and installer of residential storage systems has leased an 83,000-sf industrial building at Hayward Industrial Park. The subsidiary of Whittier, CA-based Closet World inked a five-year lease valued at $1.6 million, which puts the average rate over the life of the lease at around $0.32 per sf per month.Located at 23768 Eichler St. in Hayward, the building was previously occupied by American Packaging. It has 24-foot ceilings and about 6,600-sf of office space. Closet Dimensions is consolidating into the space from two locations elsewhere in the region. The company plans to use the space to prefabricate, store and distribute its product.Craig Hagglund of Lee & Associates East Bay Inc. represented Closet Dimensions in the transaction.
