Mohr Partners Moves Into New York

NEW YORK CITY-International corporate real estate advisor Mohr Partners Inc. has opened a local office and placed Gerard Picco at the helm. The 300 Park Ave. location is the 16th US office for the Dallas-based firm. Picco has nearly 20 years experience in commercial real estate, most recently with USI in the city. His other experience includes serving as real estate manager for US Trust Co. of New York, assistant managing director at Insignia/ESG and vice president of his own commercial construction business. He received a bachelor of arts degree from State University of New York and degree certification in construction management from New York University.
