Beauty Retailer Inks $3M Lease at Pembroke Crossing

PEMBROKE PINES, FL-Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance Inc., has signed a lease in the city valued at more than $2.9 million. The store, scheduled to open in October at Pembroke Crossing, is the retailer’s first location in Broward County and its second in South Florida. This is one of several new stores the company has plans to open this year in Florida.The lease at Pembroke Crossing is for 10,536 sf of space. Other tenants at the retail center include Barnes and Noble, Circuit City, Linens ‘n Things, Babies ‘R’ Us and PETsMART. Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, established in 1990, is a combination salon, department store and drug store. The company has about 150 stores in 17 states.Erica Des Roches, leasing director for Terranova Corp., a South Florida third-party commercial real estate advisory firm, handled the lease negotiations for Pembroke Crossing.
