Nearby are the $2-billion Georgia Aquarium which is under construction, the new World of Coke Museum site, Philips Arena, the Georgia Dome, Coca-Cola. Co. headquarters, Bank of America Plaza, Fox Theater and a Marta rail station. Integral plans to use the proximity of the landmark projects as a selling tool. "These townhomes will offer both city convenience and suburban comfort," says Egbert Perry, Integral's chairman and CEO. "They will offer a safe, secure environment, good schools a minimal commute to work and tremendous family leisure opportunities."Centennial Park North is Integral's third development in the Centennial Park area.
