Integral Using Price and Size to Meet Townhome Competition

ATLANTA-Integral Group LLC plans to sell out quickly in the first 45-unit phase of its planned $15-million, 142,197-sf Centennial Park North townhome community Downtown, the developer says. The strategy: Lower prices and more space for the money.

The 45 townhomes in the first phase, scheduled for occupancy in early 2005, will have 1,430 sf to 2,940 sf of living area. The property, near Centennial Olympic Park Drive and North Avenue, is between Centennial Olympic Park and Georgia Tech’s Bobby Dodd Stadium. “These townhomes will be much more spacious, yet lower in price than anything else in the area,” says Valerie Edwards, executive vice president of the Integral Group. “Centennial Park North will be perfect for families and we hope it will begin a new tradition of community life in the city.”
