The company now leases a 28,000-sf facility located in Osseo, MN.

"As WSI's sales have increased we have investigated numerous alternatives and feel that the proposed Monticello location is the best option to accommodate our current customer requirements and future growth opportunities," says Michael J. Pudil, president and chief executive officer of WSI.

WSI Industries, Inc. is a contract manufacturer that specializes in the machining of complex, high-precision parts for a wide range of industries, including avionics and aerospace, recreational vehicles, computers, small engines and the defense market.

Assuming all conditions are satisfied, the company anticipates the closing to occur this month.
